When a new catering operation is in the planning stages, it can quite often be a daunting task to mobilise. An executive lease can undertake this aspect for you. Trained to our own exacting standards he or she can provide the resource to support you through periods that you require the services of an experienced catering professional.
The benefit to you is that you are not carrying the employment burden on a full time basis. They can support you 2-3 days a week for an agreed period or for longer periods.
