Over 700 on-site staff utilise a staff restaurant service, together with extensive vending and hospitality operations.
Scope of Works:
Catering Consultancy Bureau were commissioned by CBRE to review the subcontracted catering operations at McGraw-Hill’s prestigious Canary Wharf offices. The project encompassed benchmarking the incumbent caterer’s current service standards and purchasing arrangements, reviewing the labour establishment and hospitality and suggesting recommendations for improving gross profit margins and how to adopt a more commercial approach.
