Shirley Mundy
Consultant & Trainer
Shirley has worked for the last 30 years in a number of executive and senior management operational roles, within many areas of the hospitality business, both in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
She recently left her role as Operations Director for an independent contract caterer, being involved with operations within the business and industry market as well as the education sector.
Shirley currently works for CCB offering specialist consultancy advice to the food and leisure industry on the development, protection and operation of brands, as well as designing and delivering bespoke training workshops and management development programmes.
Shirley's focus includes her involvement with the tendering process, the development of management training and development courses and assisting the business in moving towards a more commercially focused style.
Shirley lives near Cambridge, where she follows her love of outdoor pursuits, gardening and all things 'foodie'.
