Client Profile:The borough surrounding the valley of the River Test is one of the largest in Hampshire, covering over 245 square miles. The council offices at Beech Hurst houses the office and administration functions, employing approximately 300 staff. Catering services are provided to meet the needs of staff, Directors and visitors to the council. The staff restaurant provides breakfast and a luncheon service, together with extensive hospitality services. A catering contractor had managed the operation for a number of years and their contract was approaching its expiration.
